Kicking off the morning of Christmas Eve in Seattle, Jason and I went to brunch at Joule.
So good! Their brunch menu included a choice of an entree and access to their buffet both.
The buffet selections were emmental and truffle cheese spread on fig crackers, a nutty-stuffingesque squash dish, wild mushroom pinwheels, roasted carrots with goat cheese, apple-fig sticky pudding, sweet potato purée, and, my favorite, jasmine yogurt with crunchy quinoa, cranberries, and honey.
