Dinner in Valencia

So, it turns out the Michelin restaurant we aimed for has moved to a different location, a fact we didn’t dicover until we were already seated. We decided to stick it out and wound up with a cheaper meal with good service, although the food certainlly lacked the refinement and quality of a Michelin place. My gooodess, am I a snob. The courses in order: Amuse-bouche, spinach salad with Iberian bacon and tomatos covered with balsamic vinaigrette, truffle-stuffed chicken with sweet corn puree and seasonal vegetables, chocolate mousse cake for dessert.
