Thanksgiving Lunch

A four-course traditional French meal.
Thanksgiving Lunch

Terrine de compagne, bread, and a whole jar of cornichons, which immediately made this restaurant the best restaurant ever.

Grilled shrimp and tiny croutons on a bed of risotto with squid ink.

Chicken on a variety of brown things that were delicious.

Thought that was a bowl of butter when the waitress placed that next to me in the third course. Nope! It’s mashed potatoes. With a lot of butter.

Carmelized pears covered with chocolate mousse and carmelized almonds.
